They are extremely Professional , Courteous, always on time which is very important to me. They are highly skilled and do masterful work. My hardwood floors are 58 years old and look brand new. Comments: This is not the first time I've had floors refinished so I can speak as an experienced consumer. Lumark's crew used a system that eliminated dust residue throughout the house. When I say eliminated, I mean no dust, even on the horizontal surfaces like countertops. I had planned to have the baseboards sanded and refinished once they were completed and may not have to. They were VERY careful not to damage the baseboards, appliances or any other surfaces in the house. Now...the finish. I asked for a satin finish and its exactly what I wanted! I should be able to walk with socks on the floor tomorrow and can't wait! It looks beautiful. Marcus and his crew were polite, showed up when they said they would and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would hire them without reservation for refinishing or installing hardwood floors.
